Some files and folders are hidden from the normal view. To show these files:

• Double-click your My Computer on either your Desktop or Start menu.
• Click the Tools menu at the top of the window.
• Select the Folder Options.
• On the Folder Options window, select the View tab.
• In the Advanced settings box, please make sure that the "Show hidden files/folders" is selected.
• Once that is selected, click the OK button. This will close the Folder Options window.
